Kelly (licensed to practice in Massachusetts only) and Attorney James Knox, of counsel (licensed to practice law in Massachusetts only). Overall, the firm has 67 years of combined legal experience.
Senior Partner, Edward J. Kelly has been practicing law since 1986 during which he has successfully represented clients in civil, criminal, and probate cases. Attorney Kelly previously worked as a Boston (Massachusetts) Police Officer, Detective and Sergeant. This unique combined personal experience of practicing law and policing has prepared Attorney Kelly to zealously defend your rights, protect your interests and advocate of your behalf.
Attorney Edward J. Kelly has successfully represented persons charged with serious crimes including murder in the 1st degree, vehicular homicide, gun possession, bank robbery, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, rape, possession of large quantities of drugs and motor vehicle crimes such as driving while intoxicated/operating under the influence.

Attorney Kelly is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, and the Florida courts since his acceptance to the Florida Bar in 1990.
